Does HelloFresh offer meals for one person?
The smallest serving our meal delivery boxes offer is for two people. However, they remain a popular choice with one-person households, as it means they can take any leftovers for their lunch or have supplies to hand should they invite friends and family to dinner.
When will my recipe box for one be delivered?
When you place your order, you’ll tell us when you’d like to receive your food box. Our standard delivery slot is between 8am and 7pm, but you can choose an 8am to 12pm slot for an extra charge. Later delivery slots are also available between 5pm and 9pm in London.
What happens if my meal box for one arrives when I’m not home?
Log into your account and tell us where you’d like us to leave your meal boxes for one if you’re not home when our couriers attempt delivery. By letting us know your preferred safe place, you’ll always know where your order is.
How will my meals for one delivery for one person stay fresh if I’m not home?
Our food boxes are designed to keep the ingredients inside fresh, thanks to their special insulation and the ice packs inside. If you’re not home, don’t worry - just refrigerate the ingredients as soon as you’re home.
Can I skip my meal delivery for one person if I no longer need it?
By logging into your account, you can let us know if you’d like to skip a meal for one box delivery. This feature offers the flexibility you need if you know you’re going to be busy or if you’re going on holiday.
