How can I cancel a HelloFresh subscription in the UK?
1. Sign in to your HelloFresh account
2. At the top of the page, click on your name and then select ‘Settings’
3. Select the subscription you’d like to cancel from the green tabs.
4. Select ‘Cancel my subscription’ in the bottom right hand corner.
5. The final screen will confirm ‘Your subscription is now deactivated’, then click close to confirm.
6. You will be sent an email confirming your subscription cancellation, keep it for future reference.
Remember to update your account by our deadline, which is 11:59 PM five days prior to your delivery.
How to restart my HelloFresh subscription
If you can't see a login page, you might already be logged in. You can check the top-right corner of the page for your name – if it appears, you are already logged in. If you're having trouble restarting your subscription, you can contact our friendly customer services team for help.
