Chocolate Brownie Mix
(Contains Cereals containing gluten)
Preheat your oven to 170°C/160°C fan/gas mark 7.
Place the mixture into a large bowl.
Make a well in the centre and add the eggs, water and oil.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Grease and line an 18 x 18cm (7 x 7 inch) square baking tin with baking paper.
Pour in the mixture and level the surface.
Bake the brownie for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 10 mins before cutting into squares.
