Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
(Contains Cereals containing gluten, Soya May contain Nuts)
Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan on low heat.
Place the mixture into a large bowl and add the melted butter. Crack in the egg, then whisk everything to combine.
Spoon equal amounts of the mixture onto a baking tray (12-14 balls of dough), then bake for 10 mins.
Leave to cool and enjoy!
