Go for gold in the kitchen with our Olympic Games inspired menu! Tuck into this Super Green Smoothie whilst you're watching Paris 2024 for a winning drink to fuel the day.

Please note a blender is required.

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. Prep Time
1

a) Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Use a tablespoon to scoop the flesh into your blender.

b) Trim the cucumber, then halve lengthways. Chop into 5cm long pieces and pop into the blender.

c) Peel the kiwis and cut into large chunks, then add to the blender.

d) Juice the lime into the blender. 

Blend and Adjust

a) Add 150ml water to the blender and blend until smooth, 1-2 mins, or until the smoothie is the consistency you like.

b) If you like your smoothie a little sweeter, add honey to taste (see pantry for recommended amount).

c) To make your smoothie colder and thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth.

Pour and Serve
3

a) Pour your smoothie into 2 glasses to finish.
