Much like a champion boxer in the run-up to the big day, we’ve pared down this tasty tagine to make it quick and light on its feet. The punch of flavour comes courtesy of cumin, coriander, cinnamon and spicy Middle Eastern harissa and we recommend you only just brown off the meatballs in the pan before removing them. The remaining cooking can be done in the sauce, which keeps them nice and juicy. During any downtime we recommend a bit of shadow boxing to work up an appetite.
