Instructions

  • Boil a full kettle. 
  • Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, fry the beef mince, 5-6 mins. Break it up as it cooks. 
  • Meanwhile, once the water's boiled, pour it into a saucepan with 0.25 tsp salt on high heat.
  • Boil the noodles, 4 mins.

  • Once the mince is cooked, drain the fat. Season with salt and pepper. IMPORTANT: Wash hands and utensils after handling raw meat. Cook so there's no pink in the middle.
  • Add the coleslaw and ginger puree. Stir-fry, 2-3 mins. 
  • Meanwhile, once the noodles are cooked, drain and rinse under cold water.

  • Stir the hoisin, miso, ketjap manis and water (see pantry) into the beef. 
  • Simmer, 2-3 mins. 
  • Add the cooked noodles and mix together well.

  • Share the noodles out between your serving bowls. 
  • Sprinkle over the crispy onions. 
  • Enjoy!
