Buzz Aldrin’s Breaded Pork and Beef Polpetti

with Rustic Ratatouille

An incredible story has appeared from the Hello Fresh trivia vault this week. Apparently when Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin returned to their space capsule after the first ever walk on the moon they prepared these breaded pork and beef meatballs. Aside from the fact that moonwalking builds up a serious appetite they felt the meal was a fitting tribute to the moon rocks they had just finished collecting. Rumour has it that they left one meatball up there and it is still perfectly preserved to this day!
