For Luke, one of life’s greatest challenges is eggs. We tried sending them out once and that day went down in Fresh Farm history as Black Tuesday (AKA Egg-Yolk-Yellow-Tuesday). We’re working on an indestructible superhero suit for them as we speak but in the meantime we’ve been getting inventive with other binding ingredients. A great alternative is a good dob of crème fraîche - not only does it bind ingredients, but it’s full of protein and quite frankly it tastes fab. It stops poor Luke having sleepless nights too. Bless.
