a) If you don't have a microwave, preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7 for the waffles.
b) Combine the cinnamon and 1 tbsp of the caster sugar in a small bowl and set aside. TIP: Save the remaining sugar for another recipe.
a) In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, creme fraiche and milk (see pantry for amount). Stir on medium heat until the chocolate is fully melted, 2-3 mins.
b) Remove the pistachios from their shells, then roughly chop.
a) Meanwhile, warm 4 waffles by popping them in the microwave for 30 secs. If you're using the oven, pop the waffles onto a baking tray and into the oven to warm through, 2-3 mins. TIP: Keep the remaining waffle for another recipe.
b) Once warm, dip each waffle into the large bowl of cinnamon sugar and turn to coat, then place 2 each on 2 serving plates.
c) Pour the chocolate sauce over the waffles and sprinkle over the chopped pistachios to finish.
