Double Peanut Satay Stir Fry

with Thai Holy Basil and Bok Choi

Life down at the Fresh Farm can be pretty hectic at times. Luke has been packing more boxes than ever before and Ellie has been working round the clock to change our “on-hold” telephone music to something from ‘The Jungle Book’. We’ve found that meditation, usually in the form of Yorkshire Tea and Chocolate Digestives, helps to keep us centred. Patrick tells us that in Thailand the monks eat a special type of basil to create the same calming effect hence the name Holy Basil. It doesn’t come with a chocolate coating but we’re willing to give it a go!

The quantities provided above are averages only.

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
