Listen up class! This evening’s Italian lesson will be covering both vocabulary and pasta choices. First thing’s first, the word ‘nido’ means nest (or home), which aptly describes those little packets of pasta cuteness you received in your box. Secondly when buying pasta look for a nice pale colour and a rough texture - it’s a sign of good quality ingredients and means your sauce will stick better. Luckily our wonderful pasta people Del Verde have got all those bases covered - buon appetito!
The quantities provided above are averages only.
Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
