a) Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7.
b) Slice the bread into 1cm thick slices, making approximately 6-8 slices per roll. Pop the slices onto a baking tray in a single layer. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
c) When the oven is hot, bake the crostinis on the middle shelf until golden, 8-10 mins, then remove from the oven and set aside.
d) Meanwhile, quarter, core and slice the apple (no need to peel). Cut each waffle into 4 batons.
a) Pop the fondue cheese into a medium saucepan on medium heat. Heat, stirring frequently, until the cheese begins to boil, 6-8 mins.
b) While the cheese warms, combine in another medium saucepan the creme fraiche, chocolate chips and milk (see pantry for amount). Stir on medium heat until the chocolate has melted, 2-3 mins.
c) Pop the waffle batons onto another baking tray and warm on the top shelf of your oven to warm, 2-3 mins.
a) Once the chocolate has melted and the cheese has warmed, pop both into 2 separate serving bowls. Arrange on your brunch sharing platter.
b) Arrange the waffle batons and apple slices around the bowl of chocolate fondue.
c) Arrange the toasted sourdough and salami around the bowl of cheese fondue.
Enjoy!
