Instructions

1

a) Quarter the figs.

b) Roughly chop the walnuts.

a) Pop the rocket into a medium bowl with the French dressing.

b) Toss to coat the leaves, then share between 2 serving bowls.

a) Lay the figs on top of the rocket.

b) Crumble over the goat's cheese.

c) Scatter over the walnuts to finish.
