Lime and kiwi are a match made in heaven. Layer over granola and Greek style yoghurt for a breakfast that feels special but is quick and easy to prepare.

Instructions

Slice and Stir
1

a) Peel the kiwi, then thinly slice.

b) Zest the lime, then juice it into a small bowl.

c) Stir the sliced kiwi and 1 tsp sugar into the bowl of lime juice.

Add the Zest

a) In a medium bowl, mix the Greek style natural yoghurt with the lime zest and 2 tsp sugar.

b) Divide your zesty yoghurt between 2 serving bowls.

Finish and Serve
3

a) Scatter the granola over the zesty yoghurt.

b) Top with the lime kiwi to finish.
