Peel the mango. Slice down either side of the stone to make 2 'cheeks'. Cut any remaining flesh from the stone, then cut the mango into 1cm pieces (discard the stone).
Cut the pineapple rings into chunks and mix half of the pineapple juice from the tin into the yoghurt. Discard the remaining pineapple juice.
Share the pineapple yoghurt, granola, mango and pineapple between 2 serving bowls.
