Bake the bread as per the packet instructions.
Chop the cucumber, bell pepper and carrots into batons (peel the carrot first if you prefer).
Add the houmous to a small serving bowl and swirl the sweet chilli sauce on top of the houmous. Serve alongside your veg dippers and sliced bread on a platter alongside the houmous for dipping and scooping.
