New Season’s Asparagus

with Slow-Roasted Tomatoes and Wholemeal Couscous

We’ve heard a lot of stories about people waiting by their front door, Christmas-Eve-Style, for their weekly Hello Fresh box to arrive. It’s much the same for us down at the Fresh Farm. We’ve been waiting all year for British asparagus to arrive and when our greengrocer finally came over with the season’s first bunch we practically mobbed him. Just to be on the safe side, we recommend you put a sign on your kitchen door saying “No Running in the Kitchen” before you announce the menu.

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
