This mix of oats, brown sugar, raisins and sunflower seeds comes together to make perfectly chewy cookies that are hard to resist. Get ready to fight over the last one!

You will need: 2 baking trays, 125g butter and 1 medium egg.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180˚C/170˚C fan/gas mark 4.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan on low heat. Remove from heat.

Place the mixture into a large bowl. Make a well in the centre, crack in the egg and add the melted butter. 

Mix everything together until well combined.

Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Using a tablespoon, spoon equal amounts of dough onto the baking trays, spacing them apart to allow for spreading.

Bake until the edges are cooked and the centre is still soft, 10-15 mins.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 10 mins.
