Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Halve the ciabatta. Grate the cheese. Slice the pepper into thin strips.
Top each ciabatta half with the marinara sauce, sliced pepper and the cheese.
Bake on the top shelf of the oven, 14-16 mins. Serve alongside the rocket sprinkled with Parmigiano Reggiano.
