Certain foods cannot help but spark nostalgia. When asked about his favourite dish, our chef always looks whimsically into middle distance and talks about his mum’s shepherd’s pie. For others, it might be the taste of strawberry bubblegum and the giddy school day memories that invokes. We recently received a letter from a chap named Marc, who asked if we could recreate a recipe that his mum used to cook on holidays in the south of France. His description pulled on our culinary heart strings so we decided to make it. If there’s something you’d like us to make then send us a nice letter too. We’re suckers for a nice story ;-)

Boxes and ingredients are packed in facilities that handles Peanut, Nuts, Sesame, Fish, Crustaceans, Milk, Egg, Mustard, Celery, Soya, Gluten and Sulphites. Due to the war in Ukraine, it has been necessary to substitute sunflower oil with rapeseed oil in some products without a label change. The FSA have advised that allergic reactions to rapeseed oil are rare.
