Halve the baguette and slice the mozzarella.
Spread the marinara sauce onto the baguette halves. Layer over the salami and mozzarella.
Bake on the middle shelf of your oven at 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7, 8-10 mins, until the cheese is melted and the bread is crisp.
Serve with the rocket alongside.
