Tropical Pineapple Yoghurt Breakfast Bundle

Chop the pineapple rings into chunks. Zest the lime and cut into wedges. Add yoghurt to your bowls and mix in the lime zest. Top with the pineapple chunks and sprinkle over the desiccated coconut. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over.
