a) In a small bowl, mix together the houmous and the harissa paste.
b) Cut each smoked ham slice into 3 equal pieces.
c) Crumble the Greek style salad cheese.
a) Divide the harissa houmous over the plain taco tortillas and spread evenly.
b) Evenly divide the rocket over the harissa houmous and top with crumbled feta and 2 pieces of smoked ham.
a) Tuck in the sides of each tortilla and tightly roll.
b) Chop each wrap into 3 equal pieces and serve.
