Peel the avocado, remove the stone, then mash in a bowl. Quarter the baby plum tomatoes and stir through. Cut the lime into wedges and squeeze in lime juice to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
Crumble over the Greek style salad cheese. Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over.
Serve with crisps for dipping or with Mexican inspired dishes.
