Halve your ciabatta, then toast or grill. Grate or slice the Cheddar. Slice the baby cucumber.

Layer the mayo, Serrano ham, cheese and cucumber slices onto the ciabatta. Serve open or closed - it's up to you! Serve any remaining cucumber on the side.
