Salami, Cheddar & Avocado Ciabatta Lunch Bundle

Halve the ciabatta and toast it if you wish.

Slice the cheese and avocado. Mix together the sun-dried tomato and mayo in a bowl.

Layer the avocado slices, salami, cheese and rocket inside the ciabatta. Spread the sun-dried tomato mayo on the ciabatta lid. Share between 2 serving plates.
