Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Remove the dough from the packaging and roll out on your surface.
Slice the mozzarella. Spread the bases with the ricotta, then top with the mozzarella slices, blue cheese and grated hard Italian style cheese.
Bake in the oven until the toppings are golden and the base is crispy, 10-15 mins.
