a) Halve the avocadoes and remove the stones. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the flesh in one piece, then thinly slice.
b) Slice the seeded rolls in half lengthways.
a) Crumble the Greek style salad cheese.
b) Spread the Red pepper and Chilli Jam on the top and bottom of the rolls.
a) Layer the serrano ham, avocado and Greek style salad cheese in the roll.
b) If you're eating straight away, pop your sandwiches on a plates and dig in.
c) If you're eating later, place them into a container and store in your fridge.
